Motorcycle Crash Clock

  • In 2016, over 80% of all reported motorcycle crashes resulted in injury or death.
  • In 2016, 247 motorcycle crashes occurred in North Dakota, 187 were injury related and 12 of these crashes were fatal.
  • In 2016, one motorcyclist was in a crash every 1.5 days in North Dakota.
  • In 2016, 83% of motorcycle fatalities were not wearing a helmet in North Dakota.
